David came out to service our hotsy pressure washers. He was very professional and kind. Made sure we were in good working order. He did a great and thorough job. Very knowledgeable about the equipment. He was very fast and very friendly. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions i had with no hesitation. You can tell he really strives for customer satisfaction. He checked to see multiple times on everything to get were we needed to be. We do have a maintenance plan with hotsy and David (and Hotsy) has always delivered. We will continue using Hotsy for our future. This is a review i am very happy to leave. I even asked them for their link to make sure this gets posted. Thank you David for the wonderful help and care. Thank you Hotsy team for providing us with that also. .... Hotsy services all of are power washer. Total of 6 machines. The service people are very good at communicating with you about what they see wrong with each machine before they repair or fix. When a machine is down they are by to repair with in a day or 2.

I had a gremlin in my system and these guys were willing to fit me in on extremely short notice to try and get me back up and running. I cannot think the crew enough. The effort alone is worth everything in the service business. I don’t care if you’re at the Lincoln location or Omaha location. These guys won’t let you down! This is how service is done!
