This is my favorite station of all the station I have been. The view at anytime is just the best. It is a hidden gem. Also the people who work are the best they helped my move to the Bay area great. Thanks

Had a very bad experience today. Two tickets came out of the parking machine at 5:45am. I had this lady sneak up from behind me and declare one of the tickets was hers. One ticket had no information on it at all. I tried to go go a station Agent and there wasn’t one to be found. I went back to check to see if the machine would tell me a value of the second ticket. It didn’t tell me and I no sooner took the ticket then the lady once again comes up from behind me and yanks it out of my hand. Then she hears the value of the ticket I am holding and tries to grab that out of my hand too with no intent of even giving back the second ticket. I go to use the escalator and she completely blocks me so I pivoted like I was going to leave then pivoted back and ran up the escalator. I told her I didn’t care when she told me I had her ticket. I told people standing around to call the station agent, no one did. I got on the station land line and no one answered, I told someone what happened and she said we saw her blocking you! I made a police report. I still have not heard from a station supervisor and I am making this formal. Bart is supposed to be a safe place. Bart Staff is supposed to respond in an emergency situation. Bart staff is also expected to answer their landline. I had zero customer service for an experience today and I expect better tomorrow or that person is getting maced if she tries that again with me.

The reason for the one star is because I got my catalytic converter stolen twice from here. I wish they had cameras everywhere in the parking lot. We are paying way too much for this nonsense, like really?!?!?! These idiots go around cutting out peoples CAT from their cars so this is just some advice..they say to make sure you mark you CAT and make sure its welded in when you have it replaced. These idiots will see that next time and will not even bother to try and saw it off because its harder and takes a little more work. So beware of these idiots. Try and park closer to the station, that's the ONLY place they have cameras and their cameras probably aren't even clear. UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! COME ON BART, GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER. WE ARE PAYING TOO MUCH.
