The most important thing about a company is making sure that they're diligent clean responsible honest and make sure that they listen to the customers needs and wants and follow the core values which are having Integrity responsibility and delivering the service they promised to keep our streets nice and clean and for that I could commend this company. And also listen to the customer when they need whatever they need because without the customer there's not a company and they could always reinvent something to create a new company and not just having a monopoly. Hire people that want to be there and want to deliver a business that will be on for years and years.

When I called to set up service with waste management they automatically gave me all large garbage cans and didn’t ask me what size I wanted or needed. Six months went on and I seen my neighbors had smaller cans so I called to get a credit back for the six months I was paying for the large can and was never advised they had smaller size cans therefore I was paying $35 a month extra for six months because of their lack of customer service and communication skills. They refused to give me a credit back if I could cancel my service with waste management I would!

This is an issue at Gardenwood Terrace condo complex on Hayward Blvd on the hill and back in May 5, our property management company CJM requested a Bulky Pickup Dumpster for residents to dump unwanted things in there but the WM driver put the dumpster behind the building of Gardenwood Terrace 2 complex and up against someone's balcony. This is not an appropriate place to put the dumpster against someone's home area and it is not visible to residents who are not aware that the dumpster is there. CJM has contacted WM multiple times with no results in getting the dumpster out more open so that it is at least partially visible from the main driveway for everyone to know it is there. We never had this problem before with WM during a previous Bulky pickup.

Waste Management are so helpful, and they are right there always ready to pick up your bulky items & other recycled items. They’re so fast, reliable, strong, with good team workmen. I appreciate all their efforts eversince, those esp who carried heavy items & even the guy on the phone who scheduled for pickup are so nice & friendly. Long live & these people. I always appreciate your workmanship and service to the community esp here in our area zip 94545
