Worst place ever Tell you days and times for appointments and then decided to move your appointment for a staff meeting without contacting you !Do not go To the Hayward one go to any other planned parenthood but this one!

Nice staff, but somehow they lost my urine sample and I now have to come back in to take time off of work to give a new one. Super inconvenient because I work 30-45 min away with traffic. I don't know if it was the lab's fault but this has never happened to me before..

Free if you don't have insurance, if you do whatever your co pay is
If you have insurance, 16, and without 18. But if you speak with one of the employees regarding your circumstances, particularly if you're going without their approval, Planned Parenthood will work with you. They frequently make exceptions.
