Overall customer service and parts availability is good too. RDO is a professional dealership on par with the best.

I just bought a new tractor and the salesperson handled the financing...so no bouncing around. I knew what I wanted and did this all by phone and a reasonable time later a nice man brought me the tractor. He showed me the entire tractor and controls and took deposit check and signed docs online.
