Only 2 negative things I encounter here. The price is way more than it could or should be. They could charge way less and still make more than enough profit. 2nd is if you choose to charge more than the average place at least keep your products fully stocked which is not always the case

Love Banfield, have been using them for quite some time and short of a major emergency they are very good, quality of doctors in my opinion have gotten better, they always cared but seemed too "busy" not the case over the last year, highly recommend their "insurance" plan well care, it's excellent for keeping your pup or kitty in top top shape, still a place I would recommend

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
