Great selection of tiles. Over-ordered floor tiles to be delivered, and since construction was prolonged, we actually had 12 boxes left over. Brought the tiles back after the 90-day return window, but supervisor was more than happy to refund the money with no issues. Wonderful customer service.

I will never spend another dime of my money in this store. Especially in this location. I have purchased items for project's being conducted. Whatever items I have not used I return. Anytime I return an item there's always an issue. They accuse customers of using items that clearly have tags on them and have not been used because they contain minor dust from working in the house. It's very unprofessional of the workers to accuse customers. I purchased a sink with the attached top. They failed to inspect it after placing it on the vehicle. I never signed a waiver. When I reached home the whole thing was cracked and they gave me a hard time. This is the worst place ever. I wish I never purchased anything from here!!!

We had a very bad experience with merchandise return in Farmingdale. We purchased almost 20,000 dollars of materials from Floor and Decor in December 2021. They forced us to buy 10% extra of what we required and would not let us return it. When we purchased these materials, they told us we could return everything that we bought at any time. Due to covid, we had a delay in construction for about 2 months and when we tried to return it, they refused to take the return it and even refused to give us store credit.
