Asked if the owner was available; operator lady said no, they're not and hung up. Umm, don't you normally offer to take a message for your boss for a business call? Called back and she claimed it wasn't her who answered and was rude, even though her voice was identical, doesn't apologize,then puts me on hold again! Shape up or get shut down!

Taxi number F456 almost ran me over and when I said something to the driver he cussed me out and when I call dispatch they told me they couldn’t provide me with any information or any supervisor this is a disgrace to the taxi service and I won’t stop until the driver gets punishment

Okay, so I made a reservation for 4:25 am to be picked up. I even called the night before to confirm and they said they could pick me up at that time and at that location. We were heading to an airport, so we were very time restricted. At around 4:30 am, I call to see if anyone was on their way. They tell me "They are working on it.". When I asked to see if anyone left, the operator avoided the question. Thank you for ruining my morning travel plans, will never use again.
