They put scratches and broken the bottom off my car !!! We’re and how they put their hook up to pick up the car was very wrong !! They destroyed the all front side off my car !! That’s very disrespectful and they just don’t care about the values off your property with big sabotaging the costmers with disrespectful matters and then they aren’t going to fix the domages !! Plz treat others the way you want to be treated! Today it’s me tomorrow maybe you ? Or member off theire love ones property how they will feel ??

The staff was unprofessional and wasn't in a rush to help. Also, we noticed that all valve caps on our tires were missing. We called them back and they said a neighbor must have taken it. We have cameras so that's not possible because we would have seen it. It wouldn't be a big deal if it was just one cap missing, but all four were missing! Our car was not missing it when it got towed. If we notice further damage, we will file a complaint.

No stars. They repo man towed my sons car and ripped the bumper and took his rent money. The manager could care less.

I tried to come to see my car and if I willing to come up with $$ tow& stroge.fee & talked with CPS.Inc.
