I’m only giving 1 because I can’t put ZERO!!! Missed my first appointment because I was sick, and I rescheduled. The next appointment date came and the lady claimed I didn’t have an appointment. I had to wait another week for another appointment. Finally got another appointment got there to receive a big garbage bag. Right away I knew that wasn’t everything that was in my car. I had just traveled and had a few things still left In my car. Once I got home to go through the bag, I had some sandals that were broken/cut(how I have no idea) I had a brand new laptop that was given at the school I was attending(not in bag) Even down to some crocs that I received as a gift were not in personal belongings. It’s terrible that after looking at the reviews, other people have had their items stolen as well. A few other items were missing too when I called, the same rude lady stated I would have to come in to fill out a form about missing property. Very unprofessional. People already be stressed to even be in the situation and having to come to pick up property. I’m going to need my property back. I’m sure the finance companies are paying them for the tow. Whatever careless thief they have cleaning out people’s cars needs to be held accountable. Weirdo’s

I do admit , I was hesitant when I was looking at the reviews for this establishment. The lady I spoke with on the phone was patient and understanding. Being that this was my first time in this situation , they made it a breeze. After contacting my financial institution, the release papers were ready for the next day. The day of pickup I was able to meet the staff. I couldn't thank them enough as they were helpful and pleasant. When I had possession of the car, I noticed no damage or missing items. They even have a evaluation sheet of the condition your car was brought in ! Professional and helpful, Thank you Metro Investigation and Recovery Solutions!

I wish I could rate them 0 stars. Customer service is terrible. I spoke very calmly to a very flustered representative who repeatedly interrupted me and eventually hung up on me. She didn’t understand my question and kept explaining something I wasn’t asking. I understand why they don’t give their names at the beginning of the call - it would be an embarrassment and they’d have to be held accountable. BBB here I come.
