Hello Very bad company to work with, very expensive , not 10% or 15% more but 75% more expensive. Other marble companies within 5 miles radius have better price. The worst is when you give them a bad review, they turn and give you a bad rating, even you have NOT done any business with them, as a retaliation . all they do is come back and give you a bad rating, with out any merit. Please do your homework and stay away form this company.

When my contractor used this company for our countertops, the section for our stovevtop arrived in pieces. A rep from Classic Granite & Marble stated this is commonplace. This isn't commonplace for me. Even the electronic image they provided, that we chose, did not depict a seam, nor did the grain in the rails match the image...rails seem like leftover scraps from another job. These pictures reflect the completion that they wanted us to accept. So many things wrong... the rails (top and bottom pieces) are thicker than the side pieces. You can see they tried to sand the thicker rail pieces at the seam but it made it worse. Grains not lining up, stopp at the seams. Very deceptive what they tried to pull here, with workmanship you can judge for yourself. They did come back 4 days later and redo that section cutting it on the premises. The installer that came out for the redo, was agressive, rude and disrespectful. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience they put us through, delaying our completion date, they were rude stating they are in a hurry they don't have all day and they are not waiting on my contractor, etc!! No excuses for this rude behavior! I wasn't going to leave negative feedback but the more I think of how rude and disrespectful the redo was, says a lot about customer service and the company itself. Not 1 apology either.

We recently renovated a 40 year old kitchen and decided on Classic granite and marble for the quartz countertops after visiting/bidding 3 different contractors. They were methodical about the installation and we love the results. Great group, very helpful, not pushy and reasonable pricing.
