Nice looking apartments that have great features. The main reason for this post is the leasing office. I been through a lot of different ones but Britney was one of the best. She had great customer service and was on point. She did not drag her feet and helped me through the entire process.

Really would not recommend. Mission place is just a little strange. Applied for an apartment gave in everything I needed to got approved, online stated LEASE APPROVED and then received a denial email. I called to ask why it states lease approved and a resident portal was created yet I received a denial. The reply I got is “the manager denied your application” . Did some research and reading. And this is not the first time someone has complained about this happening. Please beware.!

Save yourself the trouble and move somewhere else. Poor management here, trash in the halls from not being picked up, secret charges and always threatened with fines. Also forget the security gate for parking, been missing since the second month I moved in and haven’t seen any effort to fix it.
