They change periodically according to business need, but right now the shifts are 6am-10am, 11:30am-3:30pm, 5pm-9pm, and 10:30pm-2:30am

Anywhere between a day and a few months. It depends on their need for people. Early summer is a hiring period before prime day/week and between august and October is massive hiring in preparation for the peak season.
They will communicate with you through your job page and email address to schedule an appointment. Sometimes it takes time because they have huge amount of people, so every time they take a group. But am sure they will contact you soon because peak season starts in November. Just keep watching your job page and email. Good luck

You should contact HR on your job page and you should get an email regarding it from BWI5 HR soon. Another thing they schedule new hire orientation according to thier need to people just be patient.
