I love it I come to visit my grandparents here a lot and its all just so great!!! The rooms r big with everything u need the pool on the roof is great and the balconies r fantastic also I think it's reasonably priced to 😊 grand view has bigger suits on the 11th and 12th floor which have bigger everything every room also has a jacuzzi tub in the bath room the pool is nice not to deep and the current life guard dose not much English I'm sure she understands help tho she is also super nice 👍 a parking place comes with ur room some r closer to your entrance then others and there r parking spots for guests on of residents on lower floors grand view also has a nice exercise room with a few treadmills 2 bikes some walking machine thing also they have a diff room with most of the weight lifting stuff most of the machines have television screens on them which requires head phones and or ere buds there r also regular tv screens to the concierge is not all night 🌃🌉 they go home around 6 7 or 8 o'clock pm mail gets delivered there and u purchase fobs to use the elevator and open doors and such so yeah it's a petty good place

The entire development has sewage issues, and it is extremely loud 24 hours a day with the trucks delivering very early. Not including trash trucks, emergency vehicles and loud cars. Keeping your windows open is not an option ever.
