They are ripping off my good friend in Florida. Keeping $35,000 of his money and have delivered blueprints that are not in fl code and raising delivery prices over 10,000 dollars. They lie about all that is supposed to be included as well. He is getting one of the best lawfirms in the country to resolve this issue. My friend is by no means wealthy and is living in a nasty trailer park while waiting for what was supposed to be his dreamhome. This is one horrible nightmare of a so called company. STAY AWAY if you dont want to be another victim of this scam

We have been waiting for 85 days for a set of Blueprints that the county we are building in will accept. We paid $4800.00 for these and the 1st set had errors. They don't tell you about the 'HIDDEN COSTS" at the sale either. Such as the decking and rails for porches are not part of the home. Extra, They want a delivery date but will not provide you with anything that you can use to get your permits. Then when you discuss the shipping, theirs is marked up considerable compared to you hiring an outside vendor. Windows delivery 6 months out or we can pay someone else to delivery them sooner for an extra 2K. The online price that we were given is used against you when you ask about any delays. They want you to pay everything up front but they really do not deliver. They are not trustworthy. Considering filing a complaint with the AG of Florida and N. Carolina. The other people who gave this company 5 stars probably work for them.
