That is a good question. I see Park Rangers come by now and then. I could ask next time I see one.
That's a good question. I believe it's treated like state park property so however dogs are handled on such locations...I would advise that way. I'm sure it would be okay to let the doggo run around a bit depending on considerations for the dog's training, disposition, whether other people occupy the location. It's a bit up to your judgement. You know your dog.
