We have been unable to add guests to the pool or Marlboro Ridge Club via online, as per directed. We have called the number several times posted on the door, only to receive voicemail every time, and never receive a phone call back. I am now physically standing outside of the clubhouse, as I thought perhaps I would have better luck coming in person, and was instructed to go back outside, and once again, call the phone number posted on the door. Nobody on staff was willing to go one flight up to the offices, and see if someone could assist me. Shockingly, I got voicemail, and was denied entrance to the facility. Fail, Fail, and Fail again. Yet another example of being directed to a nonuser friendly website via computer, multiple messages left to an automatic voicemail, and the only actual contact with anyone having an actual pulse being completely incompetent.
