Tried to drop off a wallet that we found along the road on MD 4. The guy was going to pick it up here but they wouldn't accept it because it wasn't found in their jurisdiction. It was found less than 3 miles from the police station. "To Protect and Serve only in our jurisdiction" SMH

Call the towns townhall/police. If live outside of the actual Town of Upper Marlboro (meaning you live in greater upper Marlboro) they probably can still direct you to appropriate resources. Sorry you're going through this.

I got mine done at the County board of education in upper Marlboro but that was so I could chaperone a school trip and volunteer. Not sure how much it cost, you'll need to call
