Horrible, do not stay here. Rooms are not clean, plumbing is a major problem and people whonwork there do not care. We stayed 6 nights and had to plunge the toilet every day and we told them and they would just plunge it themselves. Finally changed rooms and it was worse. There were definitely people doing drugs there and kept us up all night. Loud and obnoxious others were there. We could not get any money back. We will NEVER stay there again. Never stayed in a place like this. Gross

The room was a little overpriced for what it was but the service isn't lacked on and the staff were very friendly and happy to help. Location is amazing but the hotel room was dreadful, maybe it's the white cinder blocks reminding me of jail or school, was really cold too, which also reminded me of jail... except the beach isn't a 5 minute walk away from the jail. It was great seeing family though so it was very worth it.

I don't know how people complained about bugs our room was perfect and clean. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. My gram is a house cleaner for a living and looked through everything thoroughly and there was no issues at all. They even squeezed us in because our last hotel was awful.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds comfy. Close proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and attractions. The rates were reasonable. Will definitely stay here again on future trips.
