Although I experienced some issues when I moved in, under Dan’s management, things have consistently improved and issues were attended to promptly and professionally. The maintenance crew are friendly and responsive. I am happy I found this place when I did!

I moved in last year with the help of a local agency. The apt complex was fined due to inspection violations. They advised they would remove the washer and dryer and never return it due to the fines. The refrigerator went bad twice and family purchased a new refrigerator and had issues with the apt. in regards to keeping it. I lost food twice Christmas and New Years of last year. I work at home and do no disturb none of the neighbors. I was advised with a notice on my door my lease would not be renewed because it needed to be renovated. My apartment has new tenants scheduled to move in while I am currently in the unit. The appliances in the apartment are out dated, yet I am to clean a stove that will be discarded, as well as wait up to two weeks to have my deposit returned. There are no current apt. available and now homeless thanks to Tivoli apt. Had I been advised that the lease was for only one year, I would have rented elsewhere.

I’ve lived here less than a year and have had more issues in this “renovated” unit than I’ve had living anywhere else. The emergency maintenance line is completely pointless. Whether you have an emergency or not, no one will respond until normal working hours. The maintenance team are the only good employees. Since being here I’ve experienced plumbing issues, pest and vermin, along with loud noise from neighbors. Just to name a few things. The office manager is not responsive to issues that are bought up. There’s currently an on going leak in my unit in three different places and it’s been reported for over 2 hours and no one has responded. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. It’s honestly the worse in Hampton roads.
