I am happy living in Summer house! I feel the office a maintenance crew, Shannon,Tiffany, Jose and Vito has provided good service for the residence.They all work very hard maintaining the property to make it look beautiful and a pleasant place to live!

Don't move here or ever consider it. The management office is lead by an incredibly rude and miserable woman. She's the type who gets satisfaction from doing things to throw off your day over petty HOA rules. She truly is a unpleasant person and makes living in this neighborhood not worth the relatively massive HOA fees. Avoid the Karen... Also, there has been construction happening on these apartments for YEARS....they hired the cheapest and worst construction crew. They takes months at a time. Imagine waking up everyday to the sound of a hammer for months on end. Then for them to finally be done on your building only to move to the building right next to for you months and months. They were careless and I stepped on nails, hit my head on scaffolding they would put in tight corners you couldn't anticipate, etc. Oh and don't have family over, especially during TPC. You'll get towed and the only way to avoid it is to go deal with Karen in the office and get a pass...
