I hired this guy to power wash my house and he assured me he knew how to pressure wash hardie board. Well after 3000 dollars in repairs due to his work I can assure everyone he does not do a good job at all. On top of this he is very unprofessional and very rude. All the 5 star reviews must be his friends stay far away from this guy!

Only if you use the wrong pressure tips combined with too much pressure. If you pretreat with an algaeside, you don't need high pressure.
No, we use a lower pressure on most surfaces. Windows are always rinsed lightly. Gutters and heavily mildewed ares may require heavier pressure
A diluted chlorine solution, just a light spray though
If you allow the mildew to continue to build on your cement, it will eventually get slippery when it's wet. This is unsafe. Also, the black mildew makes your home look dingy and uncared for.

There is really no difference between the two terms. Either phrase can be substituted for our service. Don’t be concerned about the term “power” or “pressure". Aarron's Pressure Washing is trained to use the proper pressure to clean each surface.
