We had to get hauled out after hitting a submerged object in the C&D canal. Charlie was super helpful. Got us hauled right away and pulled the damaged prop off. We spent the night on the docks. They had to move us a few times. We got the prop fixed and the got us on our way. BUT, I felt the cost was outrageous. They knew we needed help and saw we were from Annapolis and totally over charged us. When I questioned the charges, the owner even made a comment about being from Annapolis. It’s unfortunate that people feel they can take advantage when people are in need of service.

Worst customer service ever! Rather than drill more holes in my boat I'm looking for a fuel water separator that has an inch and a half whole spread for the mounting bracket. Tim absolutely refuse to help by using a tape measure and insisted I needed part numbers. Well Tim the part numbers are an inch and a half whole spread between holes. I'd rather let my boat sink than tie up at his dock!
