Doctor Christine needs to pay more attention to her job. She prescribed a $1000 medication my insurance doesn't cover just moments after we went over my insurance. Now I get to schedule another appointment and start this process over.

The incompetence is UNREAL! I’ve been with Terros for ~4 years. EVERY. Single. Time. EVERY TIME, I have an appointment. I promise you, this is no exaggeration. There’s so much monkey business that happens. They’ll schedule you a video appt, then they’ll call & ask “Where are you? You’re not here at the clinic.” OR they’ll schedule you an in-person visit, and they’ll call & ask, “Where are you? You’re not on the video.” They’ll go back & forth wishy washy about what’s actually supposed to happen every visit. They have NO CLUE what’s going on, ever. The providers themselves, if you can ever actually get ahold of them.. are pretty great. The people on the phone are absolutely CLUELESS!!! Every time I need a refill, that my dr has already pre-approved, I have to call TEN times; leave several voicemails; wait 2 weeks for someone to get off their rear & do their job. This is unacceptable! Also… Their technology goofs up EVERY TIME. I’ll get 8 different text alerts with several different links, such as: “click here to begin your appt.” So I’ll click it & be sitting there waiting on the video. Nobody shows up. Then I have to call the clinic, circle around 3 people who have no idea what’s going on. Then I’ll be told “You’re not on the video.” YES I AM. I’m looking at my face of the website link, and nobody else is here. Then they’ll argue with me & get an attitude (this one lady in particular). I’M SO FED UP with Terros, it’s literally mind blowing how badly they function! I’m done. I’m going somewhere else. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! It’s not worth the aggravation.
