Genuinely don’t believe anyone at this office knows what they are doing. Stay away if you want quality care

NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! My pharmacy has been calling for a week to get med refills. Then I started calling them to assist in the process. The phone just rings continuously. I guess they don't care if you're suicidal OR if you're not, trying to deal with these people will make you suicidal! Day 3 of NO medication. Serious liability.

Needed to set up an EKG before this next Monday to get my medication refilled, was told earlier this week (Tues or Wed) that they would check to see if my availability could be worked with w/ a supervisor, after calling Thursday and being told to keep waiting for supervisor to call, I called again today b/c it’s Friday and I needed to get an EKG before Monday. After calling 7 times and not getting through to anyone until 2pm I was told by a rep that they can’t work with my availability at all and they don’t know why this was even escalated. Now it’s Friday and I have to go to an urgent care for this which my insurance doesn’t cover, so I’ll be set back financially for a test they’re requiring me to get while I also have to pay multiple copays for them. I just want to get my mental health treated. Please know that front office communication is horrible here, I like my psychiatrist but this has been a very frustrating process.

Idk it's all on how u want it to wrk its alot of ppl there and also its health now
They have multiple groups that you can attend mornings, afternoons, or evenings pretty much any day of the week or weekend...
If you don't drop on a regular basis then yes they will do a mouth swab but if your dropping consistently then no.
I'm not sure I'm on my way to my counseling class, but I will ask and get BK at you.
I would go in one of many locations and ask for help. They have helped me in many ways. I have heart problems.
Not cost, sorry typo. Do you know what the assessment consist of
Yes, they will most likely give you a mouth swab. They will not piss test you in the Terros building though. Piss tests are only done at PSI. Some Terros intake therapists give you a mouth swab, some dont. I would expect one though to be safe
There's no ua Access pays for everything. Absolutely not. It will look good though when u tell the judge ur in treatment.
It's a approximately 3 months intensive outpatient 3 months standard out patient and 3 months recovery maintaince. They do have a doctor on site
They do mouth swab drug test during the evaluation, then set you up for random ua's twice a week at first, once a week after that, then once a month
When you go for the intake they do a mouth swab that day...then if you do any type of classes there, they set it up for you to ua at a place called P.S.I.
Ya pretty sure they can help you with that
If you have state insurance im pretty sure theyll do it for free
Yes they have counselors there, they have doctors, and they also have groups for drug addicts to attend
It depends on if you were referred by probation/parole department. If so then you must complete what they require, or stop going to the groups/meetings/etc and after a few missed you'll receive a call and letter letting you know that you are about to"closed out" as a patient and cannot receive further service without going through the intake interview/appointment again (must do one of these every 12months you receive service from Terros also ((I'm a long term patient referred by probation)) If you started going by your own choice then you can just stop receiving service from them at any time. Hope this helps!
