This office is full of crooked people who don’t care for justice or truth i had a lawyer there named Joshua Sprit and all he did was lie to me and sell me out for a conviction don’t not trust him at all he came to me with a deal and lied to me about what the deal ment because he did not want to go to trail don’t trust these people at all!

Go to the commissioners office for determining your eligibility, once you get those papers go to any public defenders office and apply
No. You just have to apply through a district court commissioner. There is $50 fee if the office represents you but you don't have to pay to set up an appointment.
