Sales it self is great. Follow up is horrible. Delivery set for 10am to 1pm They say they load trucks by 930, so don't expect 10 am time. In my case they sent an email at noon saying a scheduling error has rescheduled for 2 weeks later. No phone call, no apology. called customer service got told the bed didn't make it to loading dock. Passed off to case manager who said the scheduling email didn't come from them so he cant talk about that. The parts for the bed are on back order but we will credit the delivery fee for the inconvenience.

Went in today to just feel the difference in bed bc my wife had ordered on line. Seeing that no one would be getting a commission in store I figured we would be a bother to them, however Joe was amazingly helpful and even helped us set up our apps and make a change to our order..
