Beautiful place to live, staff is very flexible and listens to all tenant needs as best as they can. Greatly recommended as opposed to living off post. Shout out to Katie Courtney and staff, they will take care of you!

I have lived here for 6 months now. There were red flags during the application – the lack of calls back and the need for me to call almost daily to get questions answered. It has only got worse since. For example, I had a package that was left “at the mail room” instead of at my door. I figured, ok, I'll just call management and see what that is about. I called once and no answer. I called back an hour later and no answer. I called a third time another hour later and still no answer, it was now 11am. I then walked from my unit to the office only to see THREE PEOPLE working there and only then was I asked what I needed. Of course, I was informed there is no mail room. Lack of communication has been a continuous issue, but the apartment itself might be the bigger issue. Since I have moved here 6 months ago, I have submitted a total of FIVE different service requests related to pest infestations. I have had ants crawling along the walls in the bedroom, ants coming out of holes in the baseboard in the closet, and large centipede and beetle-like bugs in the bathroom, kitchen, and entrance area. I clean the unit every 2 weeks and have tried my own insect solutions to no avail. Nearly every day I come home to several dead bugs hanging out by the front door. The latest request I put in was for that very area and all they did was spray around a little bit. It lasted a couple days before I started finding more bugs. AC is also a problem. I moved in in February, so it was not needed yet, but as it became March and then April, it got hotter and hotter and AC then became a necessity. Mine was not working so I submitted a service request only to get an email stating that they PURPOSEFULLY KEEP THE AC OFF until May and that they recommend I purchase a stand-alone unit. In April it was already hitting 90F so you can imagine how ridiculous this was. There are other issues – neighbors with loud animals, maintenance coming in during hours I tell them not to, and service requests getting canceled without reason – but those are at least the major ones. I am just tired of getting “sorry for the inconvenience” anytime I raise a complaint, especially as a disabled resident who already has enough trouble getting around.

I stayed here briefly for about 6 months. I had a good experience while I was here. The shared apartment space is pretty big with high ceilings and pretty big individual bathrooms. The staff at the front office were pretty good about getting back to me whenever I had a question. Maintenance was pretty quick. At one point the hot water went out. I called the service hotline and within 24hrs the hot water was back on. The move out process was fair and painless. They just increased their staff at the front office. So hopefully the overall customer service experience for everyone living there improves. I worked with Jen during my move out process. She made the move out process pretty simple. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to hang their hat for a bit.

I am very happy here. It is quiet, peaceful and the people are friendly. Although utilities are included, I try to use very little, and I try to keep a small carbon footprint where I barely use what I require. I use blankets in the winter to keep my consumption low.

Questions & Answers

Is the surrounding neighborhood safe?

It's on an Army base, so pretty safe. Outside of base is a lot of construction but there's not a lot of violence or anything.

Is the leasing term month to month or 6 months?

6 or 12 month, or month-to-month at a steep cost, and I don't suggest it.
