They refuse to answer the phone!!! And based the NUMEROUS horrible reviews I'm seeing, I won't waste anymore time with this garbage organization. Furthermore, the FSS at Bolling wouldn't even allow me to sign in during walk in hours because they were down to one terminal. There were only 7 people in the waiting area. These people don't want to work.

blocked my cac card i came here and the transaction was smooth no attitudes and the energy wasn't amazing the lady of front was very professional and immediately took me back to get my cac unblocked. The lady with the dreads ..super nice.love her energy.

Came in the day before didn't have an appointment because systems have been down. Got help but had to come back the next day to finish up. Staff was friendly and very helpful every single one. Was in and out in minutes.
