Don't do business with the new owners RHP Properties. The appropriate time to exercise their right of first refusal would have been when reviewing our offer. RHP took the house after allowing the seller to accept our offer, approval by the community, and paying the deposit, home inspection, pest inspection, appraisal, and application fee.

RHP Properties decided to use Right of First Refusal after already approving us and allowing the seller to accept our offer. They then increased the lot rent from $540 to over $800 per month. Your application fee will not be refunded.

Colonial East is a Mobile Home Park - not an apartment building! It is a very nice, clean, quiet place to live. There are several units for sale. Most units are owned by part-timers but there are many full-timers living here, too. It is a very pet-friendly place and we all watch out for one another.
