Very disappointed. I made an appointment approximately two weeks ago, at which time I sent pictures of my insurance ID card. I was told that they most likely accept my insurance and if there are any problems I world hear back from them. Before ending the phone call I asked for the address and was told 2116 East Pulaski Hwy. I never heard anything back other than an appointment confirmation. On the day of the appointment, I allowed myself plenty of time to get there and good thing I did because 2116 is a bank! I had to pull over and check the address (216). Once I finally arrived I was told by the office staff they do NOT take my insurance. What a waste of an hour and a half of my time and gas!!

I went in for lightening skin before an exam was given or black light shown over skin I was told I have vitiligo. After I explained I had been seen by other providers and given other diagnosis and explained the transformation my skin has been going through and explaining I had biopsies etc. Then a guess was made the practice MD came in explained they don't handle special conditions. If you are black and having skin issues I would not recommend this place as skin issues don't seem to be in their scope.

Nathan is a good dermatologist and easy to get in with. if your having a hard time getting in somewhere especially now a days I definitely recommend him.
