THEY DIDN'T TAKE ME BECAUSE OF MY INSURANCE. Then receptionist said it so coldly and gave me the address for a different one. The receptionist could see I was visible sick. The only why I come here was because it was the closest to my job. The receptionist dont have much empathy. Ijs

I thought i had left a review about a year ago when i came here and how helpful the staff was but it doesn’t look like i ever did . I have sat in waiting rooms in the ED, patient first, other priority cares and other urgent cares, and have NEVER been seated, helped so quickly as this location. The staff consist of probably the nicest people i have ever met , and i’ve worked retail and currently on the medical staff at my current job . Everyone is polite , welcoming , make you feel like you’ve known them for years even if it is your first time here . Wonderful people and absolutely AMAZING service . thank you guys for all that you do even in the times we are in . You are appreciated and deserve raises!

Just saw someone try to access the clinic which shows as open 7 days a week. They are obviously in need of urgent care but the clinic is closed on a Sunday 08/14/2022 at 11:15am.

I am honestly so angry. I’ve been so sick and everywhere else has long waits. This is my “go to” location and I normally love their services. That said, yesterday 8/8 I came and it said “closed until 8/9” on their door. Nothing on website. So today, 8/9, I show up and it still says that with no sign of life in the building. It’s 8/9…..what is going on??? It’s unacceptable

Questions & Answers

A family member needs a pre-OP physical and a doc/P.A. to sign his form from the providing surgeon. Does PriorityCare do that? Can he just walk in?

We do performs pre-op physicals in our office. However, if someone has pre-existing medical conditions, they may be better served by having this performed by their Primary Care Physicians is aware of the patients medical history, and current medications. We recommend you call ahead and discuss with our staff.
