Providers were uncaring and unprofessional when my wife was "treated" for what turned out to be a broken humerus. Actually took three of their staff to incorrectly put the arm in a sling. When we finally left and went to local ER, my wife stood up and when she said she felt "woozy and unsteady", the staff simply walked away. Unbelievable!

BEWARE I went for a Covid test eight months later i was sent a bill for $ 517.00. I was told I was given a flu test and a strep throat test that I never agreed to. I tried to give them my insurance information they told me just wanted their money. they turned me in to a collection agency. So even if you are dying go somewhere else. I will be spending all my free time letting everybody know how good of a job they did for me.

Took my son here for suspected swimmers ear infection. This is the first time we have been since the renovation. The lady at the front desk was very unhelpful, slow and rude, blaming her computer. Took us over 15 mins to get checked in. My son crying the whole time in pain even taking Advil prior. We watched other people show up and go to the other desk. They got checked in right away. We finally get into the room and it’s unsanitary. What looks like blood wrappers on the floor. Two people looked right at it and did not attempt to clean it or acknowledge it. My son ended up having middle and inner ear infections. After our experience and care received we won’t be back. I’ll drive my kids to AI instead.
