I have been with Village Realty for almost 5 years, in 2 of their properties, and they have been very responsive to any maintenance issues that I have placed. Whenever I call into the office, the staff is very friendly and attentive. On more than 1 occasion I have dealt with the owner, Bridget, directly. She is amazing and really takes the time to make sure all my concerns get addressed, and follows up to make sure that everything is completed to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend them!

Submitted application. Passed. Gave them the security deposit. Paid. Does my background an credit check. Passed. Then upon trying to move my bill all if a sudden changes. I was told I would need my already 750 deposit plus 1st two months rent an last month's rent. So 750×4 to move in. Honestly I think it was changed because I'm black, an I'm guessing they assumed I wouldn't have 1st an last an because I did then they added the second month upfront as a "Gotcha". Smh but iiwii.

You will not have to pay first months and a deposit if you weren't approved. They use the deposit to hold the apartment and freeze other applications from coming in. If you're approved they'll keep it as a security deposit then request the first months and pro-rate depending when you plan to move in. Best option if you're concerned is to call the office. The staff are friendly and dont mind answering any questions or concerns.

Good Morning Tammy, Thank you for reaching out. There are two separate companies that handle snow for us. One company does the sidewalks, and the other plows the parking lots. The plow company typically tries to make a quick first pass at each of our properties to get rid of as much as they can, and then they go back around again to clear up and salt anything that they were unable to get on the first pass. Both teams are working as quickly as they can to clear this heavy snowfall. We appreciate your patience and understanding as they work to get everything cleared! Good Afternoon Keisha, Thank you for your inquiry. I assure you that all of the comments about us regarding race are complete fabrications. Please take those comments with a grain of salt. We usually get them when someone violates one of the lease policies and then gets angry with us when we have to enforce the rules.
