They have stolen SOO MUCH OF MY MONEY! MONEY THAT SHOULD BE GOING TO MY 2 YEAR OLD CHILD! IT HAS COMPLETELY " DISSAPEARED ".. EVEN THOUGH HIS FATHER HAD PROOF HE WAS PAYING! ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE 😩😥

Can't give you people a low enough rating. The lack of competency in this place is downright sickening. Nowhere have I ever heard of (or experienced) a support office charge you twice in the same week, at two random amounts. Then refund, just to do it a week later. 6 calls with them and nothing changes. I've dealt with animals who have had better cognitive abilities than these jokes. Not to mention it's useless to call them when they first open. Rings a few times, hear talking in the background and then you are hung up on. If I could ever get someone to do their job I'd love to have a discussion with an office manager..
