Such an excellent experience! From the boat ride, to the friendly staff, and the great tour of Pillar Falls. 5 stars, worth it! Had a wonderful time with the Magic Valley Young Professionals crew along the way.

My family and I had an epic time at Shoshone Falls today with AWOL Adventure Sports! If I can suggest one thing it’s this, pay the extra money for the pontoon boat option—it’s worth every penny. Our guides Dom and Logan were great too. They were friendly, fun, and helpful. This was an experience we’ll remember forever.

We found out about this company online and made a reservation for the pontoon boat ride to Pillar Falls. It was so easy to do and they sent a reminder to us about the upcoming ride. Their location is perfect for all the adventures they have available. The staff was so nice and the boat staff was great and very informative. We learned so much that we didn't know. We enjoyed watching the base jumpers from below the bridge. Pillar Falls was so amazing. We plan on coming back and renting a tandem kayak, maybe even do some ziplining. Thank you for a great experience!

Great experience!!! We were greeted at the Centennial Park location by 2 very friendly young ladies. They provided us with some very informative information and pointed us in the direction to pick the kayaks up. When we got to the loading ramp we were immediately greeted by a young man who was extremely upbeat and helpful. The young men that helped us get in the kayaks were very helpful and pleasant also. Every person we came in contact with was so great! We went to Shoshone Falls for the day. When we returned we were greated and taken care of in the exact same manner as we were in the morning. Even though this was a different shift of employees. They all asked if we had a fun time and asked if we needed anything and helped us out of our kayaks and helped unload our bags. It was 90 degrees today, they were probably miserable out there in that heat carrying all of those kayaks! But...they didn't show it! Thank you everyone!!! I recommend this place 100%.

Hi Steve. We will be running the boat tours on Friday Saturday and Sunday through the end of September. Thanks for your question. Please let us know if you have any more. To reserve call us at 208–735–5344. - AWOL
Hi Rebecca! Here is a link to all our prices for kayak rentals: https://awoladventuresports.com/kayak-rentals Thanks Mike Azevedo for answering her question! -AWOL
Hi Matt, Thanks for the question. We've seen individuals make it round trip in 4 hours, but we don't advice it. Shoshone Falls is 4 miles up river and requires a 300yrd portage around the Pillar Falls, most people take at least 6 hours. Please check with us before booking as the portage may not be open in June (usually doesn't open until July). Thanks again, AWOL
The river flow during the month of September is typically low and the paddle under the bridge plus portage up to pillar falls and beyond is easily accessible.
No you cant start further up but you can just go to Pillar Falls which was still awesome.
Hi Christy. Thanks for the inquiry. Our zip line has a minimum weight of 50lbs and a max of 260lbs.
Hi Gai, Sorry for the late reply. There are two local campgrounds that allow tents. Organ Trail campground and KOA. Both are great establishments! Thanks for the text and sorry again for the late reply. Paul
