I shipped a Steinway model b piano from Michigan to Sydney Australia! The piano arrived safely thanks to the team they were fast in replying emails and keeping me updated! The process was scary since I’ve never had something this precious moving halfway around the world! When it arrived I was really happy!

Stay away from this company. They increased may rate 45 percent one week before picking up...then, when they measured my stuff they said it came out about 30 percent more volume and said the only way to do it was to have a container which would cost MORE THAN DOUBLE. And I actually had less things then I anticipated from there (obviously warped) estimate chart..Then, since i could not afford everything now, i had to tell them which things they could destroy...AND THEY CHARGED ME 500 DOLLARS TO DESTROY THEM
