Hercules family here! First time at this location. My experience was very pleasant, professional, and everyone greeted with a smile. Nurse Lisa was super sweet and made me feel very welcomed. I don’t want to forget to mention that she familiarized herself with my past medical history. Personally, I was treated at if they already met me before. The tech was very nice and wanted to make sure we left with really cute pics. She explained everything she was doing and was very professional. Doctor Mathew’s was a sweetheart!!!!! Being a patient in the Livingston location my entire time pregnant, it a was a very different experience. From the first face you saw to the exiting doctors (I saw smith and Warren). The warren location is way out my way. But I am so happy that I found a place that I am super comfortable and so blessed to have such a great doctor. Her bedside manor was top notch! Thank you NJPA (Warren location) Your worth the ride

Appointment time: 10:30am. All paperwork pre-filled. Given additional paperwork that referenced receiving a pamphlet that they “no longer give out”. When asked about it receptionist was rude. Current time: 11:30am. Still sitting in general waiting area - only people here for a while now. Not a good look so far. “Mariah Carey” station on pandora radio isn’t helping. As I was finishing this they just took us in. Had my wife sitting for an hour with a very full uncomfortable bladder (per their instructions) that they just told her she didn’t have to hold that long. I’ll update if this gets any better. Tech is excellent!

They are very worse in scheduling appointment and they don’t care you at all but just want to make money from you. I am referred as a high risk pregnancy patient to NJ perinatal warren office. They complicated all the appointment scheduling process and made the pregnancy women super stressful and depressed for the visit. They also don’t follow up with their patients until I asked my primary OB to follow up with them. If you don’t want to experience pregnancy depression, please avoid visiting NJ perinatal. This is a place made you feel miserable and then diagnosed as perinatal depression.

I've never waited this long to see an ultrasound tech. My appointment was at 2:45pm. I got there at 2:15 and had to wait 30mins in the car before I was even called in the waiting area. Then I had to wait an hour before I was seen. I was beyond aggravated. I'm never using this practice again. Truly disappointed with this healthcare facility. Wish I got my ultrasound done at another facility. If it was possible to give zero stars I could.
