Not impressed, loaded 18 LB washer, followed all the directions, paid $3.00, washed but did not rinse or spin to wring out water. No contact info anywhere. Ended up PAYING ANOTHER $3.00 IN A DIFFERENT WASHER. I would not recommend this laundromat unless you don't mind getting ripped off!!!

Wednesday morning, low traffic and a great experience. Normally use the apartment facility but it's broken. Could not expect a better first time at this business. It was very clean and broken machines were clearly marked.

This is a clean, safe feeling laundromat. Three different sized washers, some always out of order, but it hasn't been a problem. They have quarter dispensers. I find the machines very efficient so my laundry is done quickly!

Wow, so they have a sign on the door that reads "Door locks automatically at 10:30pm." I've been using this laundromat for the better part of a year now and can't tell you how many times I've gotten there at 10:15pm to get my clothes and cleared off without a problem... until tonight. You see the door was locked when I got there at 10:15pm, so I looked the place up on Google. Turns out they changed their hours to lock up at 10pm. Did they post signs or make any obvious attempts to alert customers of this? No. Did they even bother to change the sign on the door? Nope. And for those of you who may ask, if I had physically sat in there waiting for my clothes to dry the door still would've automatically locked, likely setting off the alarm and getting the police called on me. Now I have to be there at 8am tomorrow morning to collect my clothes (providing they haven't been looted) and will likely be late for work. Laundromats aren't exactly known for their customer service but even by their low standards, this is just lousy.
