We bought all new Bosch appliances from Bouchard a few years ago. The dishwasher broke and I called them for service. They asked that I pay them in advance and wait weeks for a technician to come out. Then they ordered the wrong part. Net-net, we've been washing dishes by hand for over 3 months. That should not happen in any universe.

We recently had a problem with our 4 yrs old fridge. The compressor died and the manufacturer requires using their specific appliance repair folks. The communication with them has been very difficult. They don’t follow up with status updates. After being given a 2 week date for repair, I contacted Bouchard Pierce to let them know how dissatisfied we were with the manufacturer’s repair policy. Tom couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. He confirmed that they have heard about this problem and no longer recommend the product. He immediately checked into letting us use a loaner fridge and within an hour it was delivered. I’ve bought many appliances over the years from them and intend to use them as my only choice in the future. They have outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them.

It's unfortunate you can only give 5 stars. This company deserves 10 out of 5 stars! They blew the Superstore as well as the box stores out of the water with customer service the first time we went and had us in and out with an epic price on a kitchen suite of appliances, delivery, removal of the old, etc. We went back without hesitation for a washer when needed and they let us in even though they were only taking appointments and had us set up with a new washer and delivery/removal within a week again without hesitation. On top of that, a few days later we had a kitchen fire and they bent over backwards to help us replace the stuff that we had lost while we worked through it with insurance and will have us a new stove within about 3 days. This company will have every bit of appliance business I ever have. There is no question about it.

My sister-in law had recommended this local company. I am highly satisfied with their customer service and parts service as well. My sister-in- law had purchased a refrigerator, stove and a washer/dryer and we bought a washer and dryer this week. Mark and Tyler did a fantastic job putting our washer and dryer. They are really efficient, hard worker and friendly. We would really recommend to our friends and buy more appliances from this company. The products are affordable and good quality as well. Thank you !!

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

Masks are required upon entry to the store, for customers as well as employees. Social distancing practices are also currently in place. Additionally, our bathrooms are currently closed to the public.

Do you carry kitchen aid appliances? Gas ranges in particular?
