unethical shysters! They harrass you by phone at least a dozen times a day, then they send less than credible documents, they don't look professional. If they are lawyers I would be shocked. If they contact me again I will be contacting my attorney. Avoid at all costs, they given even debt collectors a bad name.

Well no one likes to deal with attorneys but I felt that this firm was very fair and they were a few ladies I spoke to on the phone that actually went out of their way to help me... This was something that I was not responsible for details but if I had a recommend damn I guess I would but that's just my opinion give them a shot

Credit card company didn't want to set a payment plan, but Malen and Associates were willing to work with me on a plan. Always pleasant when I call in to make my monthly payment. Thank you for doing what capital one wouldn't do!

Ok this place send me statement printed w amount owes and amnt paid but i ask for a real statement showing what i pay each month and what original debt was and current. I have never dealt w a company rhat makes it so difficult to pay on phone by check or e check. Why not on computer like evey other company amd cc does. When i dealt w them at first they somehow froze my bank acct which only Tax debt they can do that w. They are lawyers supposively but dont follow law. I at this point have not paid rhem anymore they were supposed to decrease the original amnt owed but nevrr did amd i dont have any proof showing i made paymenrs to them. They call my house and send letter threats instead of calling my cell phone . They are gunna get sued if they continue this type of business. Who ever heard of someonè in collectuins for 2000$ and they put hold on bank acct. NO they dont even have a sign at their place of business. They can say never recieved pay from me i need proof showing ea payment
