My parents have been residents of the Bristal at Westbury for almost 10 months. The facility is well maintained, the food is good considering how many residents they cook for. The staff has been very compassionate to my parents. The Wellnness Team, Aides, Environmental Team, Dining Room Staff and Management make this a safe place for my Mom & Dad.The Front Desk Team is always on the ball. THANK YOU! Mike Levine l

Staff is great to work with.Ed takes side with some managers which is very unprofessional.Talking about your weak areas of work to another manager without letting you the individual know in order for you to correct same.Upper management either dont care or turn a blind eye.My experience working there was stressful.Was happy to resign.

My mother has been at the Bristal for over three years now. The place is immaculate clean. However false promises are made and very rarely followed through. Events are planned and it looks great on paper but they’re mostly always canceled. There is little communication between the Bristal and the family. I’m extremely disappointed in how they handle things in general and during covid.

I would recommend that you or a representative call and speak to the person in charge there or even pay a visit if that's possible. Pray that you find a place of peace and healing here or elsewhere.

Hi Steve, No, The Bristal at Westbury is not closing. The Bristal at Jericho is a new community in our growing family of properties, but will not be replacing any one of our existing communities.
There are different options at each of our communities. If you call the specific property that you are interested in, the Director of Community Relations at that property will be able to answer all of your questions.
