This used to be a great pharmacy. Ever since the two pharmacists that were there on a regular basis left maybe a year ago it has gone down hill fast. The staff is rude and they don't help explain anything. Sometimes they short you on medication and unless you realize it and call them right away you will be screwed because bottle says full amount. I am currently trying to figure out where to change all my scripts to. You wait in line forever and you can't get anyone on the phone without waiting 30 minutes. Good luck if you need something right away..

The WORST Walgreens we have ever been to. Every time we go to this one there happens to be an extremely long wait in the drive through. The staff could not be slower. I’m never experienced such a horrible situation at any Walgreens.

The most vile human beings work in the pharmacy. Zero personality. Zero communication skills. Zero empathy. Zero everything. I wish I could give zero stars. Seriously, these people are the reason why everyone hates chain pharmacies. You picked this job, we didn't put a gun to your head. They purposely ignore you in the drive-thru (5 minutes before they close), just so they don't have to work til close. Absolutely horrible people and this goes for all 4 staff members working in the pharmacy on 1/2/21.

Have no idea why this store got so low rating, for me looks clean, cashier friendly like it could be for this work. Medical office so so, not so friendly, but it is ok with me.
