V & Mi is very clean, run well, everything is organized & I love that you can book your appointments online. I have been going to Amy regularly for at least 5 years now. She does a great job & has become like a friend to me. My baby was almost born here too! Luckily I made it to the hospital though :) I am super picky but once I find a good thing I never leave. I’m the same way with my color too! 💅🏼

Visiting for the weekend. Came here for gel manicure and polish change on my feet. The person I was with came for a fill in. Not even 3 days went by before my gel mani started to peel. My friend also had a terrible experience. although she’s a regular, this time didn’t go so well. Most of her cuticles were bleeding. Her service took 2 hours. She said the lady kept drilling down on her nails but was actually drilling on her skin. The spa itself is clean and nicely decorated and the staff seems nice enough but I had higher expectations just simply because of the area

I come here often but yesterday was a very bad experience. My manicure and pedicure felt very rushed. I left with rigid nails bc she didn’t take her time filing correctly and my French mani and pedi lines are not up to par- I am very upset bc it’s supposed to make you feel good to get pampered but I am not happy with my nails or service provided.
