I haven't used them since last year. You can call the 800 number for Budget and ask them if the Christiansburg VA office is open/ still in business. Good luck!

Enterprise totally sucks no receipt no email and was totally not expecting what I was charged I’ll never use the services from them again

The Budget Truck office in Christiansburg is very nice and knowledgeable. I have used them twice and have no issues. Hope this helps!
