Had a 10 am delivery time and the truck showed up almost two hours late. The late truck did not bother me too much but when the driver explained he was in a different truck because his clutch went and the concrete was setting right after it came out of the truck was very disappointing. Had to dig up a little over one of the five yards I purchased and when I contacted them they told me they were not going to do anything for me.

Our slab is months behind schedule because of the concrete. Yesterday Chandler gave away our delivery timeslot to someone else. The next one we can get is 2 weeks away. Keep the commitments you make Chandler. Your lack of professionalism has real world implications for people and is not appreciated.
