I am so upset about my visit. I made an appointment online for an acrylic refill and gel pedicure with Drew. He was busy when I arrived, so someone seated me at the pedicure chair. When Drew was able to come over, he didn't say hello or confirm my services. He asked my color and if I had tips (while wearing his mask). He walked away and when he came back, just started cutting my acrylics. I asked what he was doing and told him I was getting a refill. He said he asked if I had dip, and I responded I thought he asked if I had tips. He rolled his eyes and got irritated LIKE HE DIDN'T JUST CUT MY ACRYLICS OFF. Then he asked if I was planning to cut them short and I said no. Then he stuck my hand in acetone to remove them WITHOUT APOLOGIZING for his mistake. After completing my pedicure, I showed him a picture of his work on the company's Instagram and let him know I wanted that specific shape (coffin shape). My nails are uneven, boxy, and sloppy. He also overcharged me and billed me for a powder gel refill. $92 dollars for a sloppy overcharged refill and gel pedicure?

Be prepared to have to tell techs how to do their job well. They file your nails unevenly, and your skin is rougher after having a pedicure done. Today, the previous polish wasn't even removed well. Moreover, I had to ask the tech if she was going to help me put my sandals on or provide me with the disposal ones to wear out; she just left me barefooted to figure it out myself. But don't bother complaining; they don't care about improving customer experience. I was told to "go somewhere else" when I expressed that I was unhappy with the provided services.

The girl I have been going to is away.. I was recommended to try someone while she is gone. I had a new set of acrylic nails done a French ombré… they were horrible they were not ombré at all and they started lifting after less than a week and lumpy… I went back and someone else soaked them off and put another new set and you can see the line of the white, they are lifting already and again it’s been a week… I typically go 3-4 weeks between appointments. Mind you I paid both times and gave a very generous tip. When I called this time to complain the manager has nothing to say so I said maybe I should wait til my girl comes back in September she said yes you should…. That kind of customer service is loosing you a customer…. I should be getting my money back spent over $140 in 3 weeks for nails that look like crap… Update I called today to speak with the owner and was told the owners do not work and she was the only one I could speak with. Refused to fix them refused to give my money back… completely unprofessional

As a long time customer, I was very disappointed when I had to pick a new nail tech. Evidently, my tech of 15 years has left. I brought my own polish since the Salon has started charging a $3.00 premium on most of the polishes. I told the new tech that I wear my nails in an oval shape….(in other words, a natural nail shape). She began the manicure and I noticed she used globs of the acrylic powder and liquid. She finally finished and I did comment that my nails looked thick, but I figured she’d get it right the next time. She handed me a bill for $40. An acrylic fill is $23 (up from the $18 it was before the pandemic). I went to the front and it seems she hit the wrong key. I returned to my seat for her to complete the fill and someone from the front brought me cash as a refund. They were still charging me extra because my nails were oval. That is the most absurd thing I ever heard. They charged $5.00 because she had to file the front. Isn’t that what they always do no matter the shape. They said, oh they have to work extra to file that shape. HOWEVER! THE TIP OF THE NAIL IS ALREADY I. THAT SHAPE! Your nail grows from the bed. I told them after all my years of going there, it was time to say goodbye. I figured they were going to charge me for the electricity too. By the way, the tech did not walk me to a chair where the drying fans were. Something they always did so you didn’t smear your nails. When I left, my nails had small nicks in the polish. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE NEW MANAGEMENT OR CHINTZY NICKEL AND DIMING! I’m going to find a more reputable salon that appreciates loyalty.

How would I know. Ask them.
Hi, you can purchase directly on our website or at the salon. Thanks!
I find the prices to be very reasonable for the quality. A regular Mani pedi is $35 a ladies cut and blow out is $60. It is worth noting that tips cannot be added to a card, it is cash only for tipping! Also their online booking site has all prices listed clearly here: https://go.booker.com/location/thestudio/service-menu
