infested with rats and roaches. the maintenance crew is great but the building is nasty. I've been here for almost a year and I can not count how many mice I have had running around. I am not home on the days they do extermination so I'm not sure if they actually come in. there is water damage and mold. I take the good with the bad but I wish I would have found something better.

DON'T MOVE HERE! There is nothing but false advertisement on their website, they constantly charge surprise fees, this place is infested with foul odors and management is beyond disrespectful. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from here.

Called to find out more information about their apartments and book a tour and the leasing officer told me to give him a minute and then left me on hold for 30 mins. I’m a prospective tenant, imagine the treatment current tenants receive.
