I’m a local. I found it’s service suffers credibility. I called in three times to emphasize the patient’s name needs to be changed, you orally agreed, but never did it. Twice already, when I picked up the meds, it’s under the wrong person’s name. That wasted me half an hour on the phone with you. As a result, I cannot get reimbursed for these meds from insurance since you failed to give me the correct name. You made no apologies, and you are a pain to deal with. What you said bears no weight. If you promised to change the patient name on invoice, why not do it? How can I trust you to be a legitimate business that cares for peoples wellbeing as you claim yourself to be?!
