The worst service, there is no organization, you come to the apartment and wait for hours after that, and no one apologizes and does not give reliable information. How the community center is the worst.

I've been going here for years, my experiences with all the staff except the front desk have been great. The front desk however is a fricking nightmare, they're rude, they never answer the phone, and are rarely helpful. I'm all for everyone getting a dollar but sometimes your job needs to be replaced by an ipad so you can be freed to pursue your true passion.

This place is all around terrible. The customer service is sub par. For a medical establishment, there is concern for the health and well-being of the clients they serve. Reception staff is usually nasty and rude and it is almost impossible to actually reach them by phone. If you are able to get treatment somewhere else, I’d suggest you do so. This place isn’t worth the headache.
